Different work scales apply to insurance cover depending on the type of work you do. The amount of cover you’re eligible for will depend on the work scale that applies to you. Default cover is provided based on the general work scale. If you’re eligible for non-manual or professional cover, you’ll need to advise us online or use the Application to Change Your Work Scale Form. Any request to change your work scale will be subject to assessment and approval by the Insurer.
MTAA Super has used its purchasing power to negotiate a competitive group insurance policy on behalf of members.
Fees are deducted directly from your super account. Depending on your circumstances, this can be a tax-effective way to pay for insurance cover.
We give you the flexibility to vary your insurance cover to match your needs. This includes the ability to apply for Income Protection cover. Find out more about your insurance options.
