Before closing any other super accounts, check whether any exit fees apply and whether you may lose valuable benefits such as extra employer contributions or insurance cover.

Find lost super
There is $16 billion in lost super in Australia and some of it could be yours!
If you’ve had more than one job, chances are you have more than one super account. When this happens, it can be easy to lose track of your super. We’ve helped many of our members find their lost super and we can help you too.
If you think you might have lost super, it could have been transferred to AUSfund (Australia’s Unclaimed Super Fund) or the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
To find lost super you can:
Authorise MTAA Super to search for any lost super on your behalf. You can do this by logging into your account via Member SuperSite or by calling us on 1300 362 415. We’ll let you know whether or not we find any lost super.

Take us with you when you change jobs
Almost half of Australians have more than one super account. Often when we change jobs an employer will open a new super account. You can ensure you have just one account by asking your new employer to pay into your MTAA Super account. Find out more.
