Communications and Digital Content Officer
The Communications and Digital Content Officer is a new position in our Trustee office based in Canberra. This role will support the Marketing, Education, Communications and Advice team with the implementation of the strategy and business unit initiatives, including the preparation and coordination of communication materials. The role is responsible for maintaining digital communication channels including website content and social media platforms to ensure digital standards are maintained and aligned with the brand.
Our Investments team is seeking to appoint an Investments Operations Officer to assist with the management of all aspects of the Fund’s Investment operations. This role is responsible for effectively managing portfolio projects; managing all investment-related cash flows, reporting on general investment matters and developments that may impact on the fund’s performance, as well as coordinating the flow of information between the fund’s custodian and key stakeholders.
MTAA Super agreed to adopt the Insurance in Superannuation Voluntary Code of Practice (Voluntary Code). The underlying principles of the Voluntary Code align with the vision and values of MTAA Super, and is in the best interest of our members. To support MTAA Super to implement the changes of the Voluntary Code, we are seeking a Superannuation Insurance expert for an interim period to work in consultation with our Insurance team to project manage the implementation.
The General Manager Client Engagement is responsible for leading the team of field staff who are geographically dispersed throughout Australia. This role will set the direction and provide coaching and guidance to the field staff via the Manager Superannuation Advice (SA), the Manager Corporate Business and two Education Specialists.
This role will support the field staff in growing and retaining the Fund’s member base (employer and employee), through building and maintaining long term client relationships, the provision of general and limited personal advice and increasing access to financial education.
