As an MTAA Super member you have access to the following services:

MTAA Super Customer Service Centre

Staff are on hand to answer all your general questions about the Fund. Available from 8am to 7pm (EST) Monday to Friday by calling 1300 362 415.

Financial Education and Advice Team, or FEAT

This is a group of highly trained individuals who can offer you general advice that is more detailed. You can get the answers to more complex questions without having to take the step of seeking personal financial advice. To speak to someone from FEAT, please call the Customer Service Centre on 1300 362 415.

Industry Fund Financial Planning (IFFP)

For more detailed, individual and comprehensive advice, you can be referred directly to a dedicated financial planner.  MTAA Super have an arrangement with Industry Fund Financial Planning (IFFP) which provides fee-for-service financial planning for members.  To be put in contact with a planner, simply call
